Before proceeding, please review the following disqualifying factors under Florida Statutes Section 561.15:
- Beverage law violations within the past 5 years
- Drug-related convictions (Chapter 893 or controlled substance violations) within the past 5 years
- Prostitution-related offenses within the past 5 years
- Felony convictions within the past 15 years
- Any corporate officers meeting these criteria
You must be 21 years of age or older to qualify.
